Here at Sumner House you see up front what you will pay for your total stay including the required taxes and fees. We try our hardest to keep our rates competitive for the season, so please make sure to consider ALL fees when comparing rates. The full payment is required at the time of booking. There is a 3 night minimum stay. Prices are quoted per night, and are subject to change any time.

Taxes and Fees
- 14% San Francisco Hotel Tax
- 2.25% Tourism and Moscone District Assesment Fee
- $150 Cleaning fee will be charged at booking
- Parking -$20/day
- Daily maid service -$100

- Cocktail Party fee (for gatherings of 12 -30 people)-$150+ cleaning fee
- Event fee (for gatherings of 30 or more, restrictions apply) – prices start at $500+ day rate & cleaning fee

You can book directly on this website with any major credit card and even PayPal. If you pay in cash you get at an additional 10% discount. A credit card deposit is still required for cash bookings. The full payment is required at the time of booking. There is a three night minimum stay.

experience you’ve ever had.
A forty-five (45) day notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations that are made more than forty-five days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, or that are made within 45 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. Early departure does not warrant any refund of the booking fee.
